Preparation:

For best results:

Rinse rice with water once or twice. Soak the rice in water for a minimum of 4 hours prior to cooking and drain.

On the hob:

1.  Put 1 cups of water into a heavy saucepan and bring to the boil.  
2.  Stir in 1 cup of pre-soaked Premium Glutinous Rice. 
3.  Cover, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.  
4.  Remove from heat and let it stand for 10 minutes.

Storage:

Store in a Cool, Dry place.
