RECIPE:

Chicken Sweetcorn Soup

INGREDIENTS

240g Boneless chicken - finely minced, 425g can Kanar Cream Style Sweetcorn,  
900ml chicken stock
1 tsp corn starch and   
2 tsp water - to prepare a slurry   
2 eggs - beaten, salt and pepper to taste.

1. Mix the minced chicken with a little cor starch, salt and pepper.   
2. Heat the stock and the Kanar Cream Stye Sweetcorn in a saucepan. Add the chicken, stirring to separate.   
3.Stir in the corn starch slurry, bring to gentle boil. Taste and adjust the seasoning adding salt and pepper as required.  
4. Sir in the beaten eggs genty so the soup becomes streaked. Serve hot.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate contents in an appropriate container and consume within 2 days.
