INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Chicken or pork, sliced
1 pack Datu Puti Adobo Series Pininyahang Adobo Sauce 180mL
1 cup Water salt
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Step 1
In a pan, marinate meat with Datu Puti Adobo Series Pininyahang Adobo Sauce 180mL for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Add l cup of water and bring it to a boil.
Step 3
Continue to simmer until the meat is tender, add salt to taste. Serve hot.
