Milkfish (Bangus) is a delicious fish. Its nearly white flesh is neither too strong nor too mild, and many Filipinos consider all other fish inferior.
Ingredients:

Usage:
Ideal for frying, grilling, soup, stew.
Preparation:
Thaw in refrigerator before cooking. Season to taste.
GRILL : Pre-heat the grill. Place the fish on greased rack. Grill for 3-5 minutes and flip carefully.
Grill another 3-5 minutes or until the thickest part of the fish flakes easily.
BAKE:
Pre-heat oven to 350°F (176°C). Place uncovered fish on greased oven safe disn.
Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes.
FRY:
Pre-heat cooking oil in a skillet on medium heat. Fry for approximately 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and the thickest part of the fish flakes easily.
BROIL: Pre-heat broiler. Place fillet on oven safe dish and baste with vegetable oil. Place 3-4 inches away from broiler. Broil for approximately 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the thickest part of the fillet flakes easily.
NOTE:•
Oven, grill, and pan temperature may vary.
Adjust cooking time accordingly.
