Preparation:

1. Boil a pot of water, drop the nest of noodles into the boiled water and immediately remove from the heat.  
2. Leave the noodles to soak for 6-8 minutes (depending on your desired firmness) and stir frequent, to separate.  
3. Drain the noodles and serve in a soup or add to a stir fry.
