Usage:

Ideal for snacks.

Preparation:

To prepare 1-quart (1-liter) of atole:

Bring 1-quart of milk to a boil in a saucepan.
Meanwhile, dissolve 3 tablespoons of MAIZENA® in 1/2 cup of cold milk or water.
Stir the cold mixture into the boiling milk and boil about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Storage:

Ambient.
Once opened, keep in a closed container and consume within 3 days.
