Ideal for steaming, stir-fry, sushi.
Preparation:
Cooking Method: Allow 60g of rice per person (approx. 1/3 cup). Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Stir in rice and return to a medium boil. Cook for 15 minutes. Drain well, stand for 3 minutes and lightly fork though the grains before serving.
