Dip your meat of of choice or vegetables into flour batter, beaten egg and then cover thoroughly with panko breadcrumb before frying. Ready for a yummy crunch!

Garlic Panko Chicken Strips

INGREDIENTS: 200g Tiger Tiger Taste Japan Panko Breadcrumbs, 680g chicken breast, cut into strips, 5 tbsp butter, 2 cloves of minced garlic, ¼ cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese, ¼ cup freshly chopped parsley, salt, pepper.

METHOD:

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan on a medium heat. Add the minced garlic then pour into a low fla dish.
  2. Prepare the Panko in another loy. flat dish by combining the Panko breadcrumbs, parmesan and parsley (season with salt and pepper to taste).
  3. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  4. Dip the chicken strips into the garlic butter mix then roll in the breadcrumbs. Place on a greased baking tray and bake for 1, to 20 minutes or until golden brown and chicken is cooked through.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place.  
Once opened store in an airtight container.
